To access this rebate, a referral letter along with a Mental Health Care Plan from your GP or Psychiatrist is required. Sessions Each session will go for approximately 50 minutes, except the first consultation which may take up to 1 hour. The aim of the initial assessment is to gain an understanding of your difficulties or concerns and to develop a shared understanding of your goals and expectations. We aim to do this in a collaborative manner and at a pace that is comfortable for you. It’s normal to feel nervous before your first session. Please know, that our experienced therapists take a warm and non-judgemental approach to help you feel at ease.
